The Busy Trader was founded by Heather Lindsey. She is a speaker, author and entrepreneur. She started The Busy Trader for people who are too busy to trade. She wanted to simplify trading to show people that you can make money from the stock market.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I take The Busy Trader Labs course and do you offer refunds?
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting at our Level 1 course first, as this is an upper level course. Please note if you opt for a payment plan, the course must be paid in full before access is granted. Please also note that this course, along with any of our Resources are non-refundable.
Which trading brokerage should I use?
Heather uses Think or Swim (TD Ameritrade), now Charles Schwab, for her day trading and Webull for her swing trading. For international traders, we encourage you to do your research and find a brokerage that works for you to trade from. Most of our traders outside of U.S. use these brokerages: Interactive Brokers, Quest, Trade Station, or TastyTrade to buy the stock, and use Trading View (www.tradingview.com) to chart the stock.
Do you have an online chat community for support?
Yes! Click on the Resources page on our website www.thebusytraders.com to join our community chat on Discord, or sign up here. In the chat room, Heather will share the market trends and swing trade ideas. You will also receive other tips, support, and encouragement in your journey of trading, as well as share your wins and lessons learned with other traders. You can ask other traders and Heather questions. Join the chat community!
Can I book a 1:1 call with you?
Heather offers private 1:1 coaching, along with a few other hand-picked highly skilled coaches. There are 30-minute, 1-hour, 2-week bootcamp, and 30-day bootcamp options available. To book with one of Heather's coaches, you'll find the booking link in your membership portal. You can book 30-minute or 1-hour coaching with Heather in the Resources page of our website. If looking for 2-week or 30-day bootcamp with Heather, slip us an email at info@thebusytraders.com. In order to book bootcamp, you must have taken the Level 1 course or have at least 2 years trading experience. During coaching, Heather or the coaches will help you refine your trading strategy, identify blind spots, offer feedback on your trades, or help get you set up with trading. There's coaching for all levels!
