ONLY PREREQUISITE:
YOU MUST HAVE TAKEN THE BUSY TRADER LEVEL 1 COURSE OR HAVE AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS TRADING EXPERIENCE.
How It Works:
- Select your Coach.
- Select your Session and Payment Option (30-Minute, 1-Hour, 2-Week, or 30-Day Bootcamp).
- View your Coach's schedule and book your 30-Minute or 1-Hour Session. If you have selected a 2-Week Bootcamp or 30-Day Bootcamp, you will book a 10-minute Intro Call with your Coach prior to scheduling the start of your Bootcamp.
- Ensure you are booking the appropriate time by clicking the dropdown button to view the appointment time in your specific timezone. Appointment times are default PST-Pacific Time (US & Canada).
**BOOKING GUIDELINES**:
- If you pay in full, you can book the earliest appointment available in your Coach's schedule - there is no waiting period.
- If you are selecting a Monthly Payment Plan (2 payments) or Weekly Payment Plan (5 payments), you will schedule your coaching session for a date at least six (6) weeks out from the date you signed up.
For example, if you signed up on July 7th, you will schedule your coaching session as early as August 18th, or later if you prefer a further date.
- If you are not paying in full, and are opting for a payment plan, to prevent cancellation of your session, please ensure you adhere to the guidelines and schedule your session at least six (6) weeks out from the date you signed up.
- If you select a Monthly Payment Plan option (2 payments), you will make one payment now, and the 2nd payment will automatically deduct in one month from today.
- If you select a Weekly Payment Plan option (5 payments), you will make one payment now, and the 2nd payment will automatically deduct in one week from today, and subsequent payments each week on the day you signed up (ie. if you signed up on a Tuesday, one payment will deduct every Tuesday until all 5 payments received).
- Your coaching session must be paid in full in order to receive your 30-Minute, 1-Hour, 2-Week Bootcamp, or 30-Day Bootcamp coaching.
- You must have taken The Busy Trader Level 1 Course OR have at least two (2) years trading experience.
What should I expect? Which coaching session is right for me?

30-Minute or 1-Hour Coaching
Coaching for 30 minutes or 1-hour in your area(s) of needed support. Ask questions and receive precise answers to overcome your trading hurdle(s) and maximize your trading potential. Receive tips and strategies to fix your blind spots.
You will need to:
- Be transparent.
- Commit to putting what you have learned into practice to see results.
- Stick to the plan.
For All Trading Levels (Beginner to Advanced).

2-Week Bootcamp or 30-Day Bootcamp Coaching
For 2-weeks or 30 days, your Coach will be tracking your every trading move.
Your Coach will:
- Create a personalized trading plan for you to follow for the entire 2 weeks or 30 days based on what has been most profitable for you.
- Monitor your progress daily and check in.
- Coach you with tips and tricks, and help you find your blind spots & fix them.
- Discuss your mental trading health.
- Schedule meetings with you as needed to go over charts and the plan for you.
- Correct and lead you as needed.
You will need to:
- Commit to the entire 2 weeks or 30 days, even if you aren't trading that day. The goal is to do something trading related like read a book, watch a video, or review old trades.
- Send your Coach your trades every single day on Discord and explain why you got in, and why you got out. Your Coach wants to hear about your losses, wins, and break evens. There needs to be full transparency. You will use www.loom.com to send your videos. If you're not yet in Discord, your Coach will work other arrangements for you to send your trades.
- Stick to the plan.
Recommended for Intermediate & Advanced Trading Levels.

How do I sign up and do you offer refunds?

Sign up by selecting the Coach of your choice. You MUST have taken The Busy Trader Level 1 Course prior to receiving coaching from one of our Coaches or have at least two (2) years trading experience. If you have neither, please book a free consultation with a coach about your specific trading need(s).
Please note that this coaching resource, in addition to any of our other Resources, or courses, are non-refundable.
Is Heather still providing coaching?

If I pay today in full, can I book an appointment to meet with my Coach today?
Appointments are unable to booked same day or next day to ensure appropriate scheduling. However, if you pay in full, you are able to book your coach's soonest available appointment. There's no waiting period.
If I book using a payment plan, how soon can I book an appointment with a Coach?
If you've selected a weekly or monthly payment plan option, you will book your appointment at least six (6) weeks out from the date you signed up. Coaching services can only be rendered once the appointment is paid for in full.
Can I cancel/reschedule my appointment? What happens if I miss my appointment?
You can cancel/reschedule your appointment from within your membership portal at least 24 hours in advance, however, please be mindful of our Cancellation/No-Show Policy.
Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
After three (3) No-Shows or Cancellations, your coaching service will be forfeited. Please note there are no refunds.
