HOW YOU CAN JOIN US
Step 1: Select Your Room Option
Decide upon a Single Occupancy room or Double Occupancy Room.
Single Occupancy rooms allow one (1) guest only.
Double Occupancy rooms allow two (2) guests only and have the option for double beds or a King bed.
Single Occupancy: $4,221 (one person)
Choose this one if you're rooming by yourself.
Double Occupancy: $3,661 (per person)
Choose this one if you're rooming with another trader or rooming with your spouse or friend.
*If this person is a non-trader, we have a cheaper rate for them. Please email info@thebusytraders.com for their cheaper rate.

Single Occupancy
The Single Occupancy purchase is for one single person rooming by themselves. Please only select this option if you are rooming by yourself.
Double Occupancy
With the Double Occupancy option, each roommate will select this option creating their own separate purchase. You are paying only for your half. We must have the 2nd guest's name, email, and info recorded under a separate purchase in order to provide their individual Resort Credit.

There are no refunds due to our contract and all sales are final. Refunds are only allowed in the event someone buys out your spot. Flight purchase is not included.
Yes, payment plans are available. All balances, whether on a payment plan or not, must be paid in full by July 9th, 2023. We've got you covered with four different payment plans to choose from, including a weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), monthly, and every 2 months plan (the 3-payment option). For whatever plan you select, payment will be deducted weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every 2 months from the date of your first payment. However, in the event the payment plan you've selected will not allow payoff by July 9th, 2023, please email info@thebusytraders.com for other options to make your final payments.
Yes, you can definitely pay your payment plan balance off earlier! Please email info@thebusytraders.com to find out how to do so.
Once a payment plan has been started, it holds your spot. However, we will only be able to confirm the room as booked once it has been paid off in full.
No. Each guest must complete their own separate purchase. Each person who wishes to room in a Double Occupancy room must purchase their own Double Occupancy option. We must have the 2nd guest's name, email, and info recorded under a separate purchase in order to provide their individual Resort Credit.
Send an email to info@thebusytraders.com to provide the name and email address (email address used at checkout) of your roommate, along with your bed preference. Specify if you and your roommate are opting for two double beds or one King bed.
Sorry, this is an adult-only resort, ages 18+. No kiddos allowed.
You will receive $175 Resort Credit nightly ($700 total resort credits to use throughout your stay). This Resort Credit is provided per person and can be applied to Spa Services, and Special Experiences like Equine and Culinary Activities, Private Wellness Sessions, and Specialist Workshops. Resort Credits cannot be applied to retail purchases or alcohol. At the end of your stay, any unused resort credits are forfeited.
We recommend packing comfortable fitness clothes and closed-toed shoes for when you’re exploring Purple Sage Ranch or hiking in the Sonoran Desert. Miraval Arizona has stunning pools, so be sure to pack your swimsuit or swimming gear.
You can bring your laptop to The Busy Trader special classes. However, please be advised Miraval enforces their digital device-free policy. Your phone or other digital device can be used in your own room or designated locations. This allows you to be present in the moment, as well as respectful of your fellow guests. Their focus is to allow guests to participate in the Miraval experience free of distraction.
Miraval offers a complimentary airport shuttle for both arriving and departing guests. For the complimentary pick-up from Tucson International Airport (TUS), please ensure that your full flight itinerary is provided to us at least two (2) weeks prior to your arrival.
The departure shuttles returning to the airport leave Miraval on the hour, as needed, until 2pm. If you have transportation needs that do not align with these times or locations, Miraval can arrange a private car service for you.
Because Miraval is an all-inclusive resort, which has provided special packaging for our retreat, each guest must lodge at Miraval and stay the length of the retreat in order to participate.
Miraval Arizona is a gratuity-free, no tipping resort. If you wish to express your gratitude to members of their team, a warm thank you, comment card, or TripAdvisor review is the best way to do it!
