Each roommate MUST sign up individually, using their own individual email address and with their own name. There must be two separate purchases with two separate email addresses and two separate names.
You can not pay together or make one payment for two people, or use the same email address for both people. Please ensure your roommate is aware of this information before checkout.

Single Occupancy
The Single Occupancy purchase is for one single person rooming by themselves. Please only select this option if you are rooming by yourself.

Double Occupancy
With the Double Occupancy option, each roommate will select this option creating their own separate purchase/transaction. Each roommate MUST sign up individually, using their own individual email address and with their own name. There must be two separate purchases with two separate email addresses and two separate names. You can not pay together or make one payment for two people, or use the same email address for both people. We must have each roommate's name and email recorded under a separate transaction in order to provide their Individual Resort Credit. Please ensure your roommate is aware of this information before checkout.

There are no refunds due to our contractual obligations and all purchases made are final. All payments are non-refundable. Refunds are only allowed in the event someone buys out your spot.
Yes, payment plans are available. All balances, whether on a payment plan or not, must be paid in full by Friday, August 1st, 2025 at 5pm PST. We've got you covered with four flexible payment plans to choose from, including a weekly, bi-weekly (every 2 weeks), monthly, and every 2 months plan (the 3-payment option). For whatever plan you select, payment will be deducted automatically weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or every 2 months from the date of your first payment. Be sure to sign up on the day of the week/date of the month you want the payments deducted from your account as we will not be able to adjust any payment plan dates. Also, in the event the payment plan you've selected will not allow payoff by the deadline Friday, August 1st, 2025 at 5pm PST, please email info@thebusytraders.com for other options to make your final payments.
If you opt for a payment plan, and your payment plan cancels due to non-payment, you will not be provided a refund. Be sure to sign up on the day of the week/date of the month you want the payments deducted from your account as we will not be able to adjust any payment plan dates.
Yes, you can definitely pay your payment plan balance off earlier! Please email info@thebusytraders.com to find out how to do so.
Once a payment plan has been started, it holds your spot. However, we will only be able to confirm your room as booked once it has been paid off in full.
No. Each guest must complete their own separate purchase. Each person who wishes to room in a Double Occupancy room must purchase their own Double Occupancy option. We must have the 2nd guest's name, email address, and info recorded under a separate purchase in order to provide their individual Resort Credit. You can use the same card if you wish, but each transaction needs to be separate under each person's individual name and individual email address.
Send an email to info@thebusytraders.com to provide the name and email address (email address used at checkout) of your roommate, along with your bed preference. Specify if you and your roommate are opting for two double beds or one King bed.
Sorry, this is an adult-only resort, ages 18+. No kiddos allowed.
Unfortunately, the Double Occupancy rooms have a capacity of two (2), which we are contracted for. We are unable to add any additional guests. Similarily, single occupancy rooms can not add a 2nd person, and are contracted for only one (1) guest.
This is where it gets exciting! You will receive $175 Resort Credit nightly ($700 total resort credits to use throughout your stay). This Resort Credit is provided per person and can be applied to Spa Services, and Special Experiences like Equine and Culinary Activities, Private Wellness Sessions, and Specialist Workshops. Resort Credits cannot be applied to retail purchases or alcohol. At the end of your stay, any unused resort credits are forfeited.
Check-in is at 3pm. However, you can come onto the property as early as 11:00am to take advantage of activities, services and lunch (lunch starts at 11:30am).
The resort will make every effort to accommodate early check-in, if possible, as rooms become vacant and clean.
Check-out is at 11am.
Unfortunately, we are contracted for only the 5 nights, 4 days. If you would like to extend your stay before or after, you can book your additional dates directly on Miraval Austin's website.
We recommend packing comfortable fitness clothes and closed-toed shoes for when you’re exploring or engaging in a fun activity. Miraval Austin has stunning infinity pools, so be sure to pack your swimsuit or swimming gear.
You can bring your laptop to The Exclusive Busy Trader classes. However, please be advised Miraval enforces their digital device-free policy around the resort. Your phone or other digital device can be used in your own room or designated locations. This allows you to be present in the moment, as well as respectful of your fellow guests. Their focus is to allow guests to participate in the Miraval experience free of distraction.
Miraval offers a complimentary roundtrip airport shuttle for both arriving and departing guests to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). For the complimentary pick-up from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), you will receive a transportation link to provide your flight itinerary details no later than 21 days from the date of your departure.
The departure shuttles returning to the airport leave Miraval on the hour, as needed, until 2pm. If you have transportation needs that do not align with these times or locations, Miraval can arrange a private car service for you for a fee.
If you will not be using Miraval’s provided transportation (ie. you're driving your own vehicle, arranging your own private transport, or arriving via 3rd party rideshare), you are still required to inform Miraval on how you plan to arrive to the resort as they are a closed campus, not open to the public. You will communicate your transportation arrangements using the transportation link also.
Because Miraval is an all-inclusive resort, which has provided special packaging for our retreat, each guest must lodge at Miraval and stay the length of the retreat in order to participate.
Miraval Austin is a gratuity-free, no tipping resort. If you wish to express your gratitude to members of their team, a warm thank you, comment card, or TripAdvisor review is the best way to do it!
If you reported as a non-trader utilizing the discount for non-traders, you will not have access to The Busy Trader Workshop. You’re good to go for everything else!
